You will want it in the Saturday paper the day of the sale. Depending on the cost you could also do the day before. If you do it too early people will forget! Good luck!

You would be SO proud of me today I went to target and used lots of coupons and ended up getting $35 worth of stuff for $12!!! I got a pack of diapers for 50 cents, a thing of wipes for $1 and a huge can of formula for $7!!! I was SO proud of myself. I also learned that you can use a target coupon and a manufactor’s coupon on the same item It was a great day!!

I went to Walgreens twice this week and bought all their size 2 diapers. They were buy one pack, get on free. So I got 8 packs of diapers for around $32. I’m going back today to see if they have restocked their shelves!!! Too good to pass up

I do meal plan and love it. It’s the only way I can stay on budget. I take the Martin’s ad and see what meat is on sale and then I go to skinnytaste.com and her meals are listed on the right by categories. I pick three of her reciepes for the week to make and then do three simple dinners the other nights. Last night we had shrimp and avacodo quesdellias and have lots of shrimp left over (shrimp was because it was on deep discount at Martins this week). I make breafast for dinner once a week to save money too…it’s the kids favorite dinner of the week!

Farm Fresh has their Perdue Whole Chickens on sale this week at a discounted price of $3-$3.50 approx. They differ due to weight, but most are around $3. Good thing is they are B1G1, so two big chickens for $3!!!!! They had plenty of them last night.
